ALL private pay customers MUST pay $65 draw fee as well as the cost of the lab. Be sure to add the draw fee link to your cart upon checking out. So for example if the cost of the lab is $40 you will pay $105.00 total for the service. Those who are covered by United Healthcare Insurance will NOT pay a draw fee. *Glucose check does NOT require a draw fee*
